| Central
Mass Thunder is a fastpitch softball organization based in Franklin,
MA. Fielding teams at the 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U levels, we participate
in ASA, PONY, NSA, and USSSA tournaments throughout the fall, spring,
and summer. Central Mass Thunder operates under the auspices of the Franklin Girls Softball Association. The FGSA is a not-for-profit association organized under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. FGSA provides not only support and facilities, but its own development program ensures that T&L has a strong base of players from which to draw. We augment that base by selecting skilled players from other towns in New England, making us a regional program that can compete with the best in the North East. The four rosters for the 2011 season were composed of players from over 20 towns in the metro west and central parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Most of our girls will be successful softball participants in their respective secondary schools, and we are proud to have assisted dozens of players over the years to become collegiate athletes. Thanks
for visiting!
